Kimani Nganga is a practising member of CPA
Australia. He has extensive experience as an advisor and auditor for
Self-managed Superannuation Funds, as an auditor for not-for profit
associations and clubs, and as a registered tax agent and accountant. Since
2006, Kimani has been a director of Super Funds Accounting Pty Ltd, a CPA
boutique practice based in Adelaide.
Before migrating to Australia in 2004, Kimani
was for 11 years a partner in a Kenyan CPA and Management Consulting practice
that undertook development project assignments including project management, funds
management, value for money reviews and compliance audits. The contracting donor
agency clients for these assignments included the European Commission, the
USAID and the World Bank.
Kimani also previously worked as a Finance
Consultant with Price Waterhouse in Kenya, and as an auditor with PKF Bellhouse
Mwangi (now Ernst & Young) Kenya office.
Kimani has undertaken professional assignments
in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Mauritius, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania,
Belgium, England and Australia, and he holds the following qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), CPA Kenya, CPA Australia, and is a SPAA
Accredited SMSF Specialist Auditor.
